McWilliam McSquare....!

So I've had this idea in mind for quite some time...and I finally took the time to make the dapper little gentleman!

He is called McWilliam McSquare, and he will be the first in a wide range of McSquares that will be coming in the next few months!

He is a big boy, measuring each block as 22cm, which means he turned out to be bigger than I expected, but rather perfect in the end!

With his debonair moustache, distinguished bow tie and unique feathered top hat, I'm sure he's going to turn some heads.....am I right ladies?

I hope you all like him, I'll be keeping you updated on the next lovely group of McSquares coming soon!

Some Superhero Stuff!!!

I'm sharing some new Superhero accessories that I made for a little boy, and his brother, for his Birthday coming up soon!

Some cute blond Super Boy toys, monogrammed capes, masks and some wrist cuffs with star detail.

I can't wait to see how his party turns out, and how they look in their outfits!  How much fun is my work!!!!

Crumble the Cow!

I've never made a cow before, I was a little bit reluctant it seems....who doesn't love cows, right?

I finally drew up a patterns, in the old BOO!beloobie style, but I could never get myself to make it, is just didn't sit right with me for some reason.

Then, one day I started drawing Crumble, more based on the new Bearling design than anything else, and there she surfaced.....a cowling!

She's been a complete hit, and I completely adore her, even my little boy begged me to have one...which I obliged!

So I hope you all love her as much as I do!

See you again soon!

Bangles the Bunnyling!

And another Bunny has made his appearance....and so the trends change!

For a long time everybody just wanted Owls, all shapes, all sizes....but now the humble Bunny Rabbit has made his return!

And so Bangles the Bunnyling was born!

Another version will be coming out with some more softer, floppy ears.....so watch this space!

Hope you enjoy her!

Have a great week everyone!

Butter the Bunny...

The latest Bunny in my BOO!beloobie range came from a request from one of my dear friends, for a baby shower for one of her dear friends.

She wanted a bunny theme, with specific colour combo, and gave me 2 pictures to work with......a silhouette of a bunny, so I decided to BOO!beloobie-fy it!

And this is what I came up with...

She also wanted a Hot Air Balloon with Butter (the bunny) in the basket, as well as some bunting in printed fabric....

And another cute touch was the Butter the Bunny brooches, so her friend would be able to put it on a decorative cushion, and can take off when the cushion slip needs to be washed!  There's also a 20 x 20 cm Butter the Bunny plushie!

I love this little projects, these are some of my favourite colours at the moment...can't wait to see what is next!

Hope you all have a wonderful week!

Bungie the Bunny, bunting and a new mobile!

Bungie the Bunny was born out of a desire to make a special new mobile for a new baby girl being born to one of my close customers.

My client wanted a unique Mobile and some bunting that would complement the bedding she custom ordered from Babes in the Wood, and this is what I came up with!

I just adore Bungie, and she is available on Etsy and at Eau-la-la, and soon to be at Vamp and Mount Camdeboo!

My little Superhero turned 4!

My son's 4th Birthday Party was amazing!  It was a Superhero theme, very fitting for my little Superman!

Thought I'd share it with you!

The Cake was by Hearts Delight
I made all the decor, toys and capes myself, and there was loads of sweets, and goodie bags to enjoy!
This little guy is a BOO!beloobie Superboy, especially designed for my boy's party!
And this is the backside of the adorable Superboy!
The kids finally settling down to eat!
Blowing out the candles is sooo much fun!

Wiantjie loved his Cake!

It was all I ever could have wanted for my little boy, will have to top this party next year!
